Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Saffron Buckets. Our products are food items, so we handle returns and refunds with care for freshness and safety. Please read this policy before you order.

Returns

Because dry fruits, saffron, honey, oils, spices and other food items cannot be resold once opened, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products are not accepted for return either, unless they fall under the cases below.

When you are eligible for a replacement or refund

The product arrived damaged, leaking or tampered with.
You received the wrong product or the wrong size or weight.
The product has a quality problem when you open it.

How to make a request

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. You can reach us at thesaffronbuckets@gmail.com or +91 8899 989 357. We may ask for extra details to review your request.

Resolution

Once we approve your request, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever suits the situation. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the amount.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Undelivered orders

If we are unable to deliver your order because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not accepted, we may charge the shipping cost for re-delivery, or refund the order amount after deducting shipping charges.
