Where we ship

We currently deliver within India.

Order processing

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. The estimated delivery time and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 799.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS. You can also check your order status from the My Account section of our website.

Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses

Please provide a complete and correct address and a working phone number. If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or a refused delivery, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or incorrect packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
